Terms of Service

Last updated 1 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Coffee CEO. They are meant to be read once, understood, and not to hide anything in the middle.

By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, do not create one.

What the service does

Coffee CEO takes a business idea and carries out the work that turns it into a company that can take on clients: framing the idea, naming and branding it, building and publishing a website, setting up a professional domain and mailbox, pricing an offer, finding prospects, writing to them and issuing quotes.

The work is carried out for you and, for anything that spends money or cannot be undone, only after you have said yes.

Your account

You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at once if you think someone else has it.

One person, one account. You may create several companies inside it.

What you owe, and what we take

Work is paid for in advance, in coffees. What each task costs is shown before it runs, and your balance is shown at all times.

When your own clients pay you through Coffee CEO, we collect the payment, hold the balance, and you withdraw it whenever you want. We take no commission on it.

Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

What you produce is yours

The websites, documents, brand, copy and quotes produced for your company belong to you. You may use them, change them and publish them without asking us.

The service itself — the software, the way it works, its name — remains ours.

What you must not do with it

Do not use Coffee CEO to break the law, to write to people who have told you to stop, to impersonate someone, or to sell something you are not allowed to sell.

Do not try to reach another customer's data, and do not attack the service. We will suspend an account that does, without notice.

What we promise, and what we do not

We will run the service with reasonable care, keep your data where this policy says it is kept, and tell you when something goes wrong.

We do not promise that the service is uninterrupted, nor that the documents it produces are legally sound. Everything it drafts — a contract, a quote, a legal notice — is a draft. Have anything that binds you reviewed by a professional before you rely on it.

We are not your lawyer, your accountant or your financial adviser, and nothing the service produces is advice from one.

If something goes wrong

If we are at fault, our liability is limited to what you paid us over the twelve months before the problem — except where the law does not allow that limit, in which case the law wins.

We are not liable for what your own clients do, nor for a business decision you take on the strength of a document the service drafted.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you like, from Settings. Closing it deletes your data, and that cannot be undone.

We can end your access if you break these terms. If we do, we will tell you why.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by French law, and any dispute belongs to the French courts.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect. Questions go to contact@coffeeceo.ai.
